So last night at clocks sprang forward and the night was an hour shorter. For us creatures of the night, we refer to the "spring forward" part of Daylight Savings Time as "less-fun day". If you are subjected to this, some advice:
1) If you're not habitually late and wonder what it feels like, today's your day for a learning experience.
2) If you are a habitually late to things kind of person, you're screwed.
So, a recommended strategy is to just coast: plan nothing today, cancel plans today, and simply relax and let the day pass. Seriously, just write off today.
Spend as much time as you can in natural light or near a window today to reset the clocks. Get some exercise so you're tired early tonight. Stop drinking caffeine a little earlier than normal today.
