mad dogs, Englishmen, and badgers
"Aren't you hot in that?" is one of the frequently asked questions for me. (I have a list compiled.) The weekend before last we had high humidity with high temperatures at 105 and above for four days straight. That was hot enough that I chose to skip my daily noon-ish walk of a mile or two. (High humidity and 101 was doable.) So there's one limit.
