Agreed. Really neat angle. Was this taken through the glass with the scorpion up on it's side?

Yes, the right edge of the photograph is gravity down, like the enemy's gate :). Think a rearing cobra with a really big head :). It held still for me to remove the tank lid, move the UV light around, and get some other shots too with different shadows.
